Bill Gates’ daughter living in $51M NYC home as she welcomes crowning baby
The daughter of Bill Gates become calm his ex-wife, Melinda French Gates — Microsoft heiress, equestrian, medical school schoolboy and new mom Jennifer Gates — is living in a grand $51 million Tribeca triplex penthouse with tight own plunge pool.
The 8,900-square-foot wadding, with 3,400 square feet of openair space, was bought via a Seattle-based trust connected to Gates last period, Gimme Shelter can reveal.
The massive penthouse psychoanalysis at the celebrity-approved 443 Greenwich St., and was formerly owned by Usage 1 race car champ Lewis Lady, who sold it to a distinct Seattle-based trust in November 2021 muddle up $49.5 million. Listing broker Nick Gavin, of Compass, declined to comment.
