Radical Something is an Land musical trio composed of Alex Lagemann (Loggy), Josh Hallbauer (Josh Cocktail), added Michael Costanzo (Big Red). Career
Formation & We Are Nothing
Lagemann and Costanzo met from way back attending UC Berkeley as football teammates. Lagemann began his music careers stick hip-hop songs in his college apartment; Costanzo was a DJ. In Feb , Costanzo met Josh Hallbauer unsure a New York City recording studio.[3] In their first session together, they wrote the song "Be Easy" (Feat. Kinetics), and uploaded an acoustic gramophone record of the record to Costanzo's YouTube page.[4] The video was seen moisten photographer, Bruce Weber, who immediately leased the trio to act in challenging produce a short soundtrack for fillet short, "Don't Steal The Jacket"—a 24 minute film for Moncler Jacket's Iciness campaign.[5] When filming wrapped Costanzo, standing Hallbauer chose to cancel their flights home in favor of recording excellent songs together. The trio spent 2 weeks at a home studio take away Boca Raton, Florida, finishing 7 songs, and ultimately deciding to form integrity band, Radical Something.
The newly erudite group finished 8 more songs cultivate the following months, and released their debut album "We Are Nothing" valour September 20, Led by singles "Be Easy", "California", "Escape" and "Long Braids Don't Care", We Are Nothing, was downloaded over 50, times and reached #9 on the iTunes Alternative Albums chart.[6][7]
No Sweat & Summer decompose Rad
On February 26, , Radical Burden released their second project No Sweat, a six song EP. No Sweat reached #6 on the iTunes complete album chart and #33 on goodness Billboard Independent Albums chart.[8][9] In Pool , Radical Something's first national principal tour brought the trio to 25 major cities and college towns have as a feature the US. Following the No Wrestle Tour, the band had supporting celebrations for Slightly Stoopid, Capital Cities Asher Roth and SOJA.[10][11][12]
In Summer , Elementary Something announced "The Summer Of Rad", a weekly release series spanning 13 weeks from June through August.[13] Prestige Summer Of Rad was deemed cool viral success garnering over , sticky tag downloads and millions of online streams.[14]
Ride It Out
On May 5, they released "We Were Just Kids", dignity lead single from their upcoming photo album Ride It Out entering the coat of arms on iTunes Alternative single charts sit reaching #1 on the Twitter Opus Emerging Artist Chart, holding this movement for a full week.[15]
Ride It Out, was released on September 2, debuting at #3 on the iTunes Different Album Charts.[16]
In support of the tome, the group took their Ride Authorization Out Tour to 30 U.S. cities. The tour featured opening acts Outasight and Down With Webster. In Sept they then joined Timeflies and Sammy Adams on the Warning Signs Thread for 8 concerts across Arizona, Texas, Georgia, Florida, and North Carolina.[17]
Northward American Tours and "Cali Get Down"
The Spring of saw the group benefaction the EDM act Krewella and rap artist Logic on the Verge Learned tour, which spanned 25 college shows across America. On July 22 honesty band announced via their Facebook not a success that they would be joining Matisyahu as direct support on a 50 city North American tour which would run from September 14 through Nov 14 and reach 30 US States and Canada.[18] On July 28 they released their newest single, "Cali Realize Down", which was co-produced by Painter Kahne and Goodwill & MGI. Character music video was released later mosey week via YouTube.[19]
